On January 14th, the board conducted a study session to review possible attendance area adjustments. School boundaries in Temecula Valley Unified School District might be changing over the next few months, the TVUSD said in a recent release. You can see the study the current, as well as proposed boundary changes, on the TVUSD web site at:
“The TVUSD Governing Board will consider making adjustments to the district’s attendance boundaries, and would like (the city’s) input on the proposed changes.” The release stated, and the community will have a right to weigh in. “There will be four Community Meetings held during the month of February that will allow you to review the proposed changes as well as provide your input on the proposals.” TVUSD continued.
Community Meeting Dates:
- February 5th at Temecula Middle School at 6 p.m.
- February 6th at Gardner Middle School at 6 p.m.
- February 12th at Day Middle School at 6 p.m.
- February 20th at Margarita Middle School at 6 p.m.
The board will take action, voting on the proposed changes in March. “If you would like to provide your feedback on this topic, please be sure to attend one of the community meetings in February.” TVUSD said.
