The hills will soon be alive with memorable music of Rogers and Hammersteins renowned family favorite, The Sound of Music.

The Temecula Valley Players are launching the 31st season of quality entertainment with the story of Maria (played by award winning actress and songbird Barbara Chiofalo) a sweet young postulant whose love of freedom makes it obvious to her superiors that she is not suited for religious life. Thus, she is sent off to be the governess to Captain von Trapp’s (played by Tim Harvey) seven troublesome children (Melissa Smith, Noah Green, Taryn Murphy, Cole Harvey, Emily Ramos, Kaysee French, Sariah Moore) and so the fun begins.
