This just in from the National Weather Service:

FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY EVENING

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS EXPANDED THE
FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS

SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY VALLEYS-THE INLAND EMPIRE AND SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS.
THROUGH MONDAY EVENING WITH THE GREATEST THREAT MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.
AN INFLUX OF MOISTURE FROM THE REMNANTS FROM TROPICAL DEPRESSION IVO ARE EXPECTED INTO MONDAY.

THIS WILL INCREASE THE FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL FROM THUNDERSTORMS.

THUNDERSTORMS THAT FORM IN THE INLAND EMPIRE WILL LIKELY TRACK TOWARD THE SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS BEFORE DISSIPATING.
HEAVY RAIN ON THE FALLS BURN AREA COULD RESULT IN DANGEROUS FLASH FLOODING AND DEBRIS FLOWS IMMEDIATELY BELOW.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING AND DEBRIS FLOWS. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

HAVE A PLAN OF ACTION READY TO SHELTER IN PLACE OR MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND WHEN WARNINGS ARE ISSUED.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.

For more information stay updated here or on the Weather Channel online.
