It’s Friday of Temecula, California’s Hot Summer Nights and things are heating up in Old Town Temecula…

It’s summer in Old Town Temecula and family events just keep getting better for Temecula’s Summerfest. Here’s what you’ll find in Old Town on Friday, July 26, 2013:

At Sam Hicks Park, Plus Party Jump
R Buckle Road was originally formed in the Spring of 2011. They are an all original, alternative, country rock band based in the Southern California desert. R Buckle Road is seven pieces of big music that is quickly becoming a highly sought after performance group throughout the south western United States.

Show runs from 6-9 p.m.

BRING BLANKETS to picnic on the grass. A family event, with party jump available for the kids.

Knack Lead Singer, Michael Chain, will be performing at Mad Madeline’s Grill.

Show starts at 6 p.m.

Left Coast Willie & Friends
Then they added a girl, and became 2 of Us Plus One. Then they added a drummer, and somewhere in the Craig and Fred combo found a Willie look-alike and sing-alike. Now you get LeftCoast Willie mixed with some of the classic rock fans of 2 of Us have grown to love.

Bring fold up chairs.

6-9 p.m. at Harmony stage this Friday.

At Front and Main, find Dynamite Dave is face painting every Friday, and this Friday Dr. Goodjohn’s Magic Show – both at Front and Main Streets. It’s all free.

Blues with the Jimmy King Jamba

A local favorite, Jimmy King Jamba (aka leader of  Aunt Kizzy’z Boyz) brings the rocking blues format you love with Aunt Kizzy’z Boys, with a family friendly flare.

They’ve played at Pechanga, the Orange Showground s, Kokopellis and Pala Casino. The band is comprised of Frank Avitabile on guitar,  Leo Badger on drums, Michael Mack on keyboard, and Dan Miller on guitar, slide guitar  and vocals.

At Baily’s this Friday, 7-10 p.m., free.
